India’s expanding space economy, led by ISRO’s pioneering missions, research contributions from IITs, and the emerging private space sector, alongside the nation’s defence modernization efforts, creates significant opportunities for indigenous innovation and global competitiveness.

This theme will cover satellite technologies, launch vehicles, space applications, defence technologies, indigenous defence COTS items, surveillance and mapping systems, and dual-use technologies that serve both civilian and military domains. The focus includes cost-effective space solutions, advanced defence systems, and technologies that enhance national security while contributing to economic growth and technological sovereignty.
