Vision
To make advanced multi, material 3D printing practical, allowing industries to create customized, functionally graded parts tailored for complex engineering and medical needs.
Problem
Conventional 3D printers are limited to a single material, preventing them from creating strong material interfaces or functionally graded structures. This restricts their use in advanced, customized applications.
Solution
A Y, type hot end multi, material 3D printer that mixes polymers in, situ to create strong, functionally graded structures.
Potential
The global additive, manufacturing market is projected to pass USD 100 billion within a decade, increasingly driven by multi, material printing serving healthcare, aerospace, and electronics.
Target Beneficiaries
We aim to partner with industrial manufacturers, healthcare providers, and research institutions looking to adopt next, generation multi, material fabrication.
Current Users
We have successfully deployed our prototype system in research labs, where it is undergoing active validation for printing multi, material prosthetic sockets and advanced engineering components.
