Evaluation Process
To get shortlisted and join the top 100 list of deep-tech ventures, applicants will have to undergo a competitive multi-stage evaluation process.
Parameters of
Evaluation
The applications will be evaluated on different parameters, including but not limited to the market need, novelty of the idea/innovation, stage of development, scalability, potential impact, technical & financial feasibility, commercialization capacity, the quality of the team.
Submission
Requirements
You will submit or showcase AV files, documents explaining your venture’s distinctiveness and potential, prototypes and proof of work done / traction received. You will also be required to present your case in-person at forums created for the purpose.
Evaluators
Profile
At different stages of the process, your submissions will be evaluated by committees comprising thematic area experts, industry professionals, innovation and incubation professionals, institutional investors and leaders from science, technology and innovation domain of our country.

Bharat Innovates 2026 is the opportunity for you to establish and leverage association with the innovation infrastructure at MoE sponsored HEI / CFTI to catapult yourself to the exciting orbit of global partners, markets and investors. Application portal is open till 5th November.

- If you have a registered venture, provide its social media handle
- If you are a faculty or student, provide the name of institution
- If you are associated with an incubator / innovation center without having a registered venture, provide name of the incubator / innovation center
- If you are neither of the above, mention “independent innovator”
- Fill up the application form
- Pay Application Fee (Rs. 3000)
