Vision
To make large, scale metal additive manufacturing intelligent, multi, material, mobile, and deployable for industrial and strategic applications.
Problem
Large, scale metal AM is limited by inadequate process planning software, restricted material flexibility, and a lack of deployable systems for onsite fabrication and repair.
Solution
Our technology integrates CAPP software, mobile robotic Wire Arc DED, post, processing, based property control, direct repair capability, and multi, material plasma, based WAAM for advanced metal manufacturing.
Potential
The platform can support defence, shipbuilding, energy, railways, aerospace, and MSMEs through scalable repair, fabrication, and multi, material component development.
