About Bharat Innovates
Bharat Innovates 2026 is a flagship platform to showcase India’s deep-tech innovation ecosystem to the world. It brings together startups, higher education institutions, research organisations, incubators, corporates, investors and global partners to accelerate technology-led collaboration.
The initiative is designed to position India as a global hub for deep-tech entrepreneurship, research translation, industry-led innovation and scalable solutions for global challenges.
About the Bridges
As part of Bharat Innovates 2026, two complementary Bridges have been launched to create an outcome-oriented innovation architecture.
Together, the Bridges will provide a structured pathway for startups and technologies across the full innovation lifecycle - from early-stage incubation and research translation to industry adoption, commercialisation and global scale-up.
Incubator & Innovation Bridge
The Incubator & Innovation Bridge is an institutional platform to connect incubators, academic innovation centres, technology translation hubs, universities, research institutions and early-stage deep-tech startups with global innovation partners.
It will support startups and technologies at the idea, prototype, validation and market-readiness stages.

The Industry Innovation Bridge is an industry-facing platform to connect corporates, startups, research institutions, technology developers and global market partners.
It will support mature startups, technologies and institutional partnerships that are ready for industry engagement, commercial deployment, pilots, corporate adoption and scale-up.

The launch of the Incubator & Innovation Bridge and the Industry Innovation Bridge marks the beginning of a structured, outcome-oriented innovation architecture for Bharat Innovates - anchored in institutions, powered by startups, and supported by industry and research ecosystems.
With the launch and first cohort of MoUs, the initiative now moves from intent to implementation, creating a shared pathway to translate ideas into validated technologies, market-ready solutions and long-term innovation partnerships.
